I was very disappointed with company Transcent Interactive. The company does not seem to be in the business of developing websites for businesses in Bangladesh but instead is just providing basic support services. I had to contact customer service multiple times before they would even consider taking any action responsive to my inquiries. In addition they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for their services which did not meet my expectations at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never used this company before but I am pretty sure that what I just read is not true. They say they are a web development company in Bangladesh and that they can help you with anything from coding to website design. However their website does not even exist - it seems to be a fake site created by someone looking for negative feedback. Do not bother using them - there is no reason to believe that they are any better than any other web development company out there.

I just came back to this website after a month of no activity. It looked like you were doing well. Then I noticed some changes in your website. One change was the intro text which was very clear and concise and showed your work on a map. But then you started using the word Transcent Interactive once again instead of transcent and it made the intro text difficult to follow. Im not sure what you are trying to accomplish here but it doesnt work well with the rest of the website. In addition your Transcend feature is difficult to use because Transcend is an email address only while you want everyone who wants to learn or subscribe to your course to also receive email when they can find it online. I dont know how you plan onDealing with Internet Noobs

I just opened this company today and myself and at least 10 other people have already mentioned to me that they are going to do the same. The business is just terrible. The customer service is terrible. The website is terrible. The coding is terrible. The only good thing about this company is the fact that you can always trust that it will get the job done...but thats because the majority of the time it wont.This company is absolutely horrible and I hope that they lose their license to operate because I promise you if they dont improve well take care of them.
