They claim to be a Premier Technology Provider for the Gulf South Region but they dont even have an address in that region They also use phony contact information like Mr. Smith instead of Mr. Smiths real name. If youre ever asked about this company just say no and never give them your personal information again

He also left some parts of my business without working which made it very difficult to get started.

.com was created over two years ago and has been known for providing high-quality affordable technology to the people of the Gulf South Region. customer service is poor most times. I have had to call them multiple times to get straight into the product they were trying to provide me with. I am currently a customer for 8 months and have experienced A LOT of negative feedback both online and in real life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Transformyx is a horrible customer service center. Ive had to call them multiple times because I was having trouble with my computer. Im sure there are many people who have the same experience as myself but be careful - Transformyx.com is not good customer service center Customer Service at its worst.Ive had decent experiences here but its mainly been bad luck than bad customer service.This user does not even have basic knowledge about computer usage or technology that is used by people in the Gulf Sun region
