I have used this company for a few years now and I have had at least 4 different transiris salespeople. All of them have been completely unprofessional and lack any knowledge about the product they are selling. They always try to upsell me on additional features that I do not need or try to use forced methods to get me to buy more than I actually want. The only thing that has ever worked out good for me is when I cancelled my order because one of their salespeople was extremely rude and did not seem interested in helping me out.

.I just bought a used PS4 for 800. Transiris.com never sent me any of the technical support information I needed to know about the site. Now I have a brand new PS4 and its going to be up and running in exactly days NOPE If youre looking for technical support or anything of the sort youre out of luck there the site is completely unresponsive and offers no useful information other than to check into potential broken sites or Country Aware options for specific countries.
