I searched for a home city map and found this companys website. After looking at the map I decided on my city and clicked on Download to make a purchase. When I hit submit the site told me that I needed to create an account before proceeding. After creating an account I was directed to a page where I could register for a subscription. The next step was to enter my email address in order to receive future updates about sales and special offers from the company. However after entering my email address the site crashed

Do not use this company They are terrible at everything and their customer service is even worse. I had to contact them multiple times to get my home address correct and every time they would give me a different answer. The last time I spoke to them they told me that because I requested an email notification for when my order arrived they would not be able to send it until after 6pm the next day. This did not materialize so I called them back and they said that the email notification was never sent and that I needed to come by their office so they could change my order. Avoid this company if you can

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and dont know anything about mapping. I had to call them multiple times to get my map updated and they would never respond to my emails. Do not recommend them

This company is a disaster I have been using Transmap for over two years now and have never had a problem but today my phone decided to give up the good girl and flooded. This is the first time in my life that I have had to call a tech services company to get my phone fixed. Go somewhere else

I have had a terrible experience with Transmap.com and all of their services. I have had problems with my internet connection and with the transmap.com website.transMAP does not work with transmap.coms website - it is directly connected to the transMAP app on my phone. I have tried to fix the issue by disabling both websites but it still isnt working for me. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
