I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they cant seem to do anything about it. Ive had to go through three different people now and each time the issue keeps getting worse. Save your money and dont ever use this company

I just left this company and am very disappointed. I had a great relationship with the CEO until he made a mistake. He is now going to be gone for good. Tranztec Solutions is all about marketing and not after-sales support. If youre looking for a product or service thats both then look elsewhere -Otherwise keep doing what youre doing but please learn from your mistakes and make sure everyone has a chance to give you the benefit of the doubt.

I have had two different supplier for Tranztec and company tranztec. I was not satisfied with either one. I think that company should focus on a more wide-reaching market with its product. Unfortunately that is not the case. They are just a bit better in certain areas but are much less efficient in other areas. For example they have been able to get me through the day-to-day tasks of using my computer but they are not even close to being able to help me with my online presence. Save for perhaps one small exception company has never produced anything good for me.
