Trapezoid is a terrible company. They always put their own interests in front of those that are trying to do their job. The customer service was horrible also. I had to call and ask for help multiple times before being heard. The most important thing is that you are not going to get better assistance from this company then you will when it matters most.

Im not a fan of company trapezoid. Ive had trouble with their customer service and the quality of their products. I dont like that they keep trying to put me in business with themselves.
