I ordered some items and they never arrived and when I asked about it they said it was because of the holiday rush. When I called to complain they said it would be better if I just cancelled the order. Overall dont bother using this company.

Do not use this website if you are looking for a future home. The company is in the business of making money by selling things that will never be used and they do so with very little care for their customers. I went to travoom.com to order some items that were going to be used in my new home and instead I received none of the items I ordered and instead was given a pile of junk that I had no hope of using. Do not bother with this company unless you want your money wasted.

Im not sure where to start. The website looks outdated the content is sparse and there are no pictures or descriptions of what it offers. I also found that their policies are very strict and you cannot cancel your order if its already been sent out. Overall I was disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I just got my travoom.com account and its been the worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to be able to do anything for me. Ive had to call them a few times and they always respond but its really not enough. I would not recommend this product or this company to others.
