I have never had such terrible customer service They told me my order was canceled because I didnt pay for it when in reality their cancellation policy is that if you dont pay for an order within 14 days its considered a no-show. The whole thing went from bad to worst when they tried to charge me 200 for something that I only received as a gift. Although I could understand why they might need the money this was just so interessting and frustrating. Do not go to these people

I have never had such terrible service from a company before. They started out by saying that they could not do anything because my website was outdated but after asking them many questions and giving them my original website they agreed to help me update it for free. Then when I got the new site up and running they said it needed more work and would not let me use any of the features on it until I paid for their services. also even after paying for their services some features still did not work properly - including a entire section of my site that was completely unusable. Do not ever use this company - they are complete thieves
