Inc.I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life The tech support person I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care about what was happening to my computer. After spending hours trying to solve the problem I finally gave up and went elsewhere for help. THANKS TO TRI-STATECS MY COMPUTER IS NOW BACK TO NORMAL AND I WAS LUCKY THAT THEY HAD THE TIME TO FIX IT BEFORE GOING ON vacation

I would not recommend this company. I have had terrible experience with them. The first time they took forever to respond to my support ticket and when they did it was extremely frustrating because I wanted to help my client but their response was just unhelpful. They also do not seem very knowledgeable about the IT industry which made me a little less confident in their ability to help my client.

I have had terrible experiences with this company. The first time I went to their website and was greeted by a message that my computer was not working but when I called them they told me it was because of an virus and nothing could be done about it. Then the next time I went to their website and couldnt find my computer or anything related to it so I called them and they said that my computer must have been stolen or moved. Then the third time I went to their website and there were no results for finding my computer. They said that maybe someone had moved it or something like that. Finally today after going through all of their stupid policies again I finally found out that they charge 60 per hour for IT Support Thats ridiculous and cant anyone tell me whats wrong with these people

Tri-State Computer Solutions, Review Specifics:
tri-statecs.com is a terrible business center for IT Support in the Tri-State Area. I have been working here for less than a year and already they have done everything they can to save money. They currently offer a Pocket PC plan for company policy and it is the only time frame they are willing to let me use my computer. They also do not offer any discounts or deals on software or hardware because they care about their customers. I have reported these issues to customer service but all I get is We dont information. The only thing I can think of is that their customer service is terrible and its really not worth the trouble.

I have spent hours trying to get this business to fix their computers because they are not working right. They also dont send a fix until after the problem is solved. This company is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Tri-State Computer Solutions is a terrible business. They are horrible with customer service and have no regard for either the Tri-State Area or our customers. We have had to call out other companies in order to get our computer work done. This company is not going to help us with anything since they do not care about our business or even their own product.
