I do not recommend this company. I was extremely disappointed with their raised floor panels and airflow solutions for data centers. The panels were very flimsy and did not provide enough airflow to keep my data center cool. Additionally the rLE system they installed was terrible - it did not work well at all and created a lot of noise. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The people who work at triadfloors.com are absolutely terrible and do not seem to care about their customers. They told me that they would not be able to do anything because the roof was leaking but when I went there the next day they said that it was just an old leak and they would be able to fix it right away This is the worst customer service ever and I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

TrainingI tried this company and theirraised floor panels air flow solutions for data centers. I was very disappointed with the quality of the product and how it affected my airflow in my data center. The raised floor panel created a lot of noise which made working in the data center difficult.

Systems for Banquet HallsI was this companys iorservice for 3 years. They quality control is terrible. They have no idea how to use a roomy toilet or how to fix a stopwatch. The people in the customer service reps were also terrible. I always had to ask the person on the phone what I needed and they never could tell me what I needed. Then I had the bad experience with triadfloors.com. I ordered a raised floor panel from them and my order was delivered to my house in 2 days after I placed it The person who took care of it was terrible and she didnt know anything about raising floors. The end.

Systems for Office BuildingsI just bought Triadfloors.com and I was expecting a lower quality of service than what Ive found so far. Here it isThe customer service here is not good at all. Every time Ive had to ask for something they dont have the answer to or theyre out of town and cant be there. They also never responds to my emails etc. If they do respond they always looks like theym trying to useasey but eventually gives up and says Sorry we dont have the answer for that one. Im floatin on a wave right now but if this continues Ill likely leave this company before its too late.
