TriadHR is a terrible company. I have used them for both my personal and professional use and I have had very negative experiences. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. They never respond to your emails or questions in a timely manner and they always seem like theyre busy else where. Secondly their technology solutions are incredibly outdated and not up to date with whats available today. Thirdly their prices are extremely high compared to other companies out there. Finally their website is absolutelyFacile to navigate and not very informative or user-friendly. Overall avoid TriadHR if you can - youll be much happier with something more reliable and affordable.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worse. I had to complaint to their customer service about how my account was being hacked and how my data was being used without my permission. And then the next day I received a phone call from one of their employees who told me that he had been involved in an incident where his computer was stolen and that he would be taking time off until further notice because of it. Do not use this company for anything

Every time a new user comes to their website they are forced to jump through a lot of hoops and policy to sign up. Finally they want you to sign up but you have to be careful because they will email you with some sort of scammee about how much money shehe has spent on Triad HR Technology Solutions and how this makes herhim too rich. Overall its going to be really hard for Triad HR Technology Solutions to make any money because of this company.
