is the best business phone system in Raleigh NC.I have been using Tricom USA for about 5 years now and couldnt be happier with the service. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way to help me with whatever I need. The Always connected feature is really nice and I never have to worry about my calls going through because theres always someone available to take them. Overall I would highly recommend Tricom USA to anyone looking for a great business phone system in Raleigh NC

is the best business phone system in Raleigh NC. I have been a customer of Tricom USA for over 10 years and have never had a problem. The customer service is excellent and they always seem to be able to help me out. The prices are very reasonable and their services are top notch. I would definitely recommend Tricom USA to any business in RaleighNCIve been using TricomUSA for about 10 years now and nothing has gone wrong - even when we had some really tough times the economic recession. They always support their customers with fast response time good prices and great customer service -John

is a complete scamI made an order for a business phone system from Tricom USA and was very excited to receive it. However I have had nothing but negative experience with this company. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that they did not include my correct shipping information in their order. They also charged me twice for the same product which is ridiculous because I only ordered one thing Additionally they did not send the systems I ordered even though they said they would. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

has been known for their top quality customer service. However this company is not even in the business of phone systems- they are in the business of business And their customer service is less than impressed. I would not recommend this company to you or your money worth.Company Tricom USA has terrible customer service. They always seem to forget who you are and what your needs are. For example when I called them to help me with a phone system in Raleigh NC they never could get the system running right. I had to go through their platform themselves and spend hours trying to find someone who could help me. In addition they never seemed to understand what I was asking. For example my request for a telephone number was never given back after about 8 hours of wait time was not responded to at all . Additionally they were able to get my order processed but did not follow up with me about the availability of a particular product which was promised by the delivery man. The

However the company has now gone out of business and their website is currently not working.I just got a new phone from Tricom-usa and it was sent to the wrong number. Im going to try to do something about that now that I have the new number. But first I need some water.
