I would not recommend this company to anyone. The technical support is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to email them multiple times for help with a problem and they never seem to hear back. Overall I was very disappointed with this experience.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and unyielding in their customer service. After I sent my money back I found out that my order didnt even shipped because they never received it They also charged me twice for the same product which was really frustrating. Overall dont bother using this company

I purchased a computer it was very user friendly and its been working perfectly. But the support is atrociously bad it always seems to be on top of something and not what youre trying to do. For example I rang up todays service call because my computer was going crazySlowly did the first thing he said so I could get some help because I had tried to fix a problem that needed attention... And then they said We dont take phone calls we have too many people on the line. Now Ive had two service calls now and still cannot get my computer to start up again because it was fixed on one of the other services calls. Try this company instead - theyre terrible.
