I was extremely disappointed with Trident Solutions. I ordered a few items and after about a week of not hearing back from them I decided to email them. They provided no response other than an automated message telling me my order had been shipped and that I should expect it in the next day or so. In reality the order never arrived and the customer service rep told me they would only be able to process a refund if I could provide evidence that the order actually came from their company. In addition they charged me twice for something that wasnt even in my order Needless to say this was one unhappy experience and will never again use this company.

1. Do not use this company They are the worst I have had to contact customer service 4 times now and each time they just dont seem to care about their customers or what is best for them. Their solutions are often very expensive and their results often terrible. Avoid these people at all costs

I recently worked with Tridentsolutions.com and couldnt be more disappointed. The company is no longer in business and their services have only been good for recent months. They offer a limited range of services and there have been many times where I have asked forreceived very little in return. For example they offer a surfacing platform but does not allow you to access your websites content They also do not help you with your online privacy or security issues Unfortunately this is the only time when I had issues with them. However after using them for years and especially during the hot weather I would not recommend them to anyone.
