ts.com does not provide the goods or services it advertisesI give this company a one star because they do not seem to be in the business of providing audio Video Solution Providers. All of their products and services seem to be geared towards selling software that tries to help people fix their video problems. I cant really tell if they actually have any effective solutions or if theyre just trying to make money off of me.

ts is not a company that you would want to use if you need help with your audio or video equipment.I was very disappointed with Tridentts when I needed help with my audio and video equipment. The customer service was terrible and they did not seem to have any idea what they were doing. Their website is also really outdated and difficult to use. I would not recommend using them at all.

TI just bought a used Saber Z processors and card. They were both right on point about 2 weeks ago. You cant find that kind of quality anymore.The customer service is terrible. I had to contact them multiple times and the customer service was just terrible. Imma get a day job if this keeps up.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

s customer service is terrible.I have had two issues with Tridents customer service. The first was a phone call that I spent time on and which wasnt worth the time. The second was when they didnt have the item I needed for my project and I went above and beyond to find a solution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
