I have had a negative experience with Tridex Systems Inc. I ordered software that was supposed to be help my business and it only made my work more difficult. The customer service was very unhelpful and the shipping time was very slow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They offer a variety of features and tools to their customers including both big-picture and small-picnics. However one customer have had problems with their tridexsys.com account since it was new. The customer has had trouble with the website because they were not getting enough information out of their data entry jobs. They have sent in multiple reports to the support team but they have not received any response back from them. The customer has asked for money back from the company and they even include an example of what they are keeping track of in their reports. This particular customer is happy with the product that they have purchased but would like more information about how the website was providing this information to them.
