"I Have Had Terrible Experience With This Company. The First"

I have had terrible experience with this company. The first time I came in to try a tridotstech.com download I started to type in what seemed like avalidation code. However when I finished the download and hit submit my computer went blank. I contacted Tridots Tech and they said it was a customer service issue and never received a response. When I sent follow up questions they said there was no answer other than they would not be sending any more downloads because of the issue. So far no solution has been found to this problem. Hopefully everything goes away soon as I am sure that will cause some goodari to come out of this garbled mess.
