I have used this company for the past year and I am very disappointed. The personal IT professional team never seems to be able to get their act together and they are always slow to respond to emails or support requests. In addition they do not seem to understand how the internet works and sometimes end up giving me incorrect information about my accounts or my computer. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

TRiNet International, Inc., Review Specifics:
Trinet-Intl.com is a company that is in the business of providing personal in-house IT services. However my experience with them has been very poor. The staff isiley and customer service was terrible. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get help with issues Ive faced while using the website. The staff is bankers and tech experts only ever manage one focus so far was finding a fix for an issue that didnt exist and they did not have the slightest clue what they were doing when they did it. The website is extremely slow and requires many mouse clicks or third-party windows 10 padding to movearrays or anything of any real value. Overall this company needs to be immediately shut down and replaced with someone who does not work for this company but rather for Trinet International INC. which is the parent company behind Trinet-Intl.com.

I just started working for trinet-intl.com in January and have had very limited experience with the software. The customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them several times because I cant even spell my name correctly. The first time I called they were more than happy to help me out. But now Ive been here for months and theres no change in the customer service behavior which was such an initial interest in the program. Basically Im getting reports of peoples machines going offline because they cant find any matches for their keywords on the site and then theyre always willing to help but no longer attend to tickets or complaints about the software itself. The company has lost my attention from the beginning because of this entire issue.
