I did not choose this company to be my IT support company. I chose it because they were the only company that would take my failed laptop and return it to me within a day Unfortunately this is not the case with Trinity Solutions Inc. They took weeks to get my laptop back and when they finally did it was an outdated model that needed almost entirely new parts. In addition their customer service is horrible. I have had to call them multiple times during business hours in order to get someone on the line who will help me with something as simple as changing a light bulb and they always seem like they aretryngto busy else where. Do not bother using this company if you need help with your computer

If youre looking for a scam company that will try to take your money without giving you anything in return then Trinity Solutions Inc. is the perfect choice This company is nothing more than a bunch of crooks who pretend to be in the IT support business. The first time I ever had to contact them was because my computer was not working and they said they could help me fix it within 24 hours Needless to say after I talked with them I learned that they are just trying to scam people out of their money - dont trust them at all

I used to use Trinity Solutions Inc. for my IT support needs but I have had a lot of negative experiences with them. They are not your average IT support company - in fact they are quite the opposite. The first time I ever went to them their customer service was absolutely terrible. They were very unhelpful and told me that I needed to get a new computer because theirs was dying on me. Needless to say that didnt work out too well for me - and it wasnt the only time. Every time Ive gone there they have been incredibly busy and were not able to help me out at all. In addition their prices are ridiculously high compared to other providers - even when you compare them side by side with some of the more popular services out there. Finally their staff is completely uneducated about computers and technology in general - which makes it very difficult for customers like myself who need assistance getting our tech issues resolved quickly and efficiently Overall

I just got my job back and received a new email from Trinity Solutions Inc. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience but offered to take care of my old account if I ever needed it again. My old account was with Trinity IT Support Inc. I filled out a form and then got a call from them asking for mes information. They said they would take care of my old account while I received my new job. If Im not happy with their service theyll find another company to take care of my old account.
