"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service From A Company"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I was Called by someone who identified themselves as the Customer Service Representative and told me that my order was backordered and would not be available until next week. A few hours later I received an email notification that my order had been shipped but it would arrive at a later date. In addition they charged me 50 for something that only took 5 minutes to do on their website Needless to say this is not the type of company I want working with me in the future.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called their support line and left a message for hours on end but no one ever called me back. Then I looked up their website and it says they dont offer help through the phone. So I emailed them and got a automated email back saying my issue was already taken care of. But if it wasnt then how could their support line be off limits
