Ist their website very user-friendly and the customer service was excellent They made sure that I always had everything I needed while on my trip and they were always willing to help out if I had any questions or problems. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for travel insurance

Tripnology is a scam company. I clicked on their link to book a trip and was taken to an online booking form. I filled out the information and then click on the submit button. Instead of taking me to the booking page I was taken to a page that looked like it was from another website. The text said that I needed to provide my credit card number and other personal information before clicking on the submit button. After providing all of this information I still wasnt able to book my trip Instead I received an email saying that my trip had been cancelled because I didnt enter my credit card number correctly. This is definitely not something you want your family or friends going through with this company

Dont use this website It is a complete waste of your time and money. The first time I used it I was scammed by someone who said they were from Tripnology and that my trip would be completely paid for. They took my money without ever seeing the itinerary or anything. Do not believe anything they say

Unfortunately this has happened to me more times than I can say thank you. The site is user-generated and now with this particular review it seems as though other users may have been influenced by the owners rat regime values. For the price of apassing an order tracking system they offer no hope for accuracy or delivery on time. In fact I had to contact them multiple times until I was finally told there was still hope despite all of the issues noted above However if you are looking for highest quality travel services at affordable prices then go somewhere else - right here on TripNiology.
