I have had a terrible experience with Trilit.com. First of all the website is terrible - its very poorly designed and outdated. Second of all the customer service is non existent. Ive tried to get help from them several times and have always been met with silence or an unhelpful response. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different businesses successively and both times it was a total disaster. Trlit.com is the first time that I have had great customer service and a meaningful destination for me to go. I should be back in business by the end of the year.I absolutely terrible at customer service and this particular business provides nothing but trouble. Try something new and change the company its that simple.
