I am not happy with my experience with Company Trm.solutions. They have good team members but I experienced a lot of problems when working with the Team Rainmakers - Top .NET developersteam nearshore office. The team was very welcoming and willing to help but some issues I had were not resolved until later. For example after several hours of work on the day of our meeting time management skills wereare important for me. However they suggested that I try and handle stress through organized activities such as eating an hour before work or doing a two-hour training program to help manage stress. While these things help in part they never did more than what to lunch where she went about her business other than to tell me that she had successfully closed one deal and been offered another 2 neither of which happened..
