"I Just Bought This Software And I Am"

I just bought this software and I am very disappointed. The first time I used it I had to contact customer service multiple times because the process was incredibly slow. And then I had to do a process identical to the one for my male bodycenment software so that it would work with my computer. The entire experience from start to finish was incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. I will not be using this software again.

Ive had a lot of fun using Tronitech. Its easy to use and feels like a business because of the way everything works. However I dont think Ive ever received my order until after Ive already placed a order. Unfortunately it seems that they do not follow up with customers who have ordered multiple items.
