This company is terrible I have been a customer for years and never had any problems. However this year my phone stopped working and I could not get it to turn on no matter how many times I tried to plug it in. The tech said that the battery was dead but after doing some research online I found out that this is not true. So I went ahead and bought a new battery and now my phone still wont turn on no matter what This company needs to be closed down

The first time I made an appointment they never arrived and the second time they were very late and my appt. was already over a week old. They also charged me twice for the same appt overall I was really unhappy with this company.
