I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and they told me that if I did not want the camera then I could keep it and they would process a refund for me. But then when I got the package the camera was defective and they wouldnt process a refund because of it. Absolute nonsense

Im not a fan of this company. Theyre very slow in getting my orders done and their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times just to get my order shipped out and they always say theyll get it done as soon as possible but never do. Overall I dont recommend this company.

I have had three different opinions on this company and my last was from mid-year. So Im not sure what the current customer has to say.We have had people who have said they dont need their money back and people who say its all worth it in the end. We also have a variety of other reviews so maybe something shes seen is something he or she wouldve seen in the past.The person who wrote that the company is terrible and that there is no good news is off base here. The company is unprofessional and doesnt do anything foroffsetters. They are just trying to make a living and that usually means doing things that may not be popular with everyone. If you want feedback then this isnt the place for you but if youre looking for someone to give them away then go ahead and write your own review.
