I was extremely disappointed with truearrow software. The first time I used it the program crashed. I had to uninstall it and start over. Second time I needed to create a new user account because my old one had been lost in the move. The site said that you cant create accounts with two different identities but I couldnt do that because my old username already belonged to someone else. Third time when I tried to sign in the login page said there was no such account and asked me to check my email for an update on how to get one. Finally I couldnt sign in at all because the site says that you need a Facebook or Twitter account if you want to use their services. In short this company is terrible and their software is even worse.

I used True Arrow Software for my business and was very disappointed with the product. The software was extremely buggy it would not work at all most of the time and I had to go through a lot of trouble to fix it. The customer service was also terrible they were very unhelpful and did not offer any help whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are the worst. The software they provide is terrible and it takes forever to get it to work. Ive had to call them multiple times and theyre always unhelpful. Do not bother using this company unless you want to be frustrated and angry all day long.
