I do not recommend Truecount.com because they are in the business of defining RFID for retail and their software is very difficult to use. The true countRFID database is full of errors and it takes a long time to get your data correct. I also found that their customer service was terrible.

I was very disappointed with Truecount.com. They are in the business of false counting RFID tags and did not seem to understand what the heck RFID was. I had to ask several times what it was before they could answer me and then after they did they were apparently still confused about how it works because they couldnt give me an example of how it would work in practice. In addition theirRFID tag definition page was absolutely confusing and full of inaccuracies - for instance saying that a card is any type of plastic or metal card with a bar code on one side and an identity number on the other side when in reality most cards only have one side with a bar code and usually theres no number on the other side. Finally theirRFID tag pricing page wasnt very accurate either - for example saying that 10 will get you a 2-pack of tags when in reality youll only need 12 pack

It seemed to be well made and worked well when I received it. However after one use I realized that the battery had been drained completely and the unit was no longer trueto-cardnered.co

ersI have had nothing but problems with company truecount.com. My RFID card was Defined for Retailers and Im not the first person to have this issue. The service was great until it wasnt great anymore. Im not sure what went down but Im pretty sure that if my score wasnt taken care of right away it would be now. Please get back to me on this one.
