I used True IT for a few years now and the service is terrible. They never seem to get my home network up and running right no matter how many times I ask them. Also the customer service is horrible. Ive had to wait several hours for someone to answer their phone or even return my call. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The tech support was AMAZEKLY incompetent and refused to do anything about the computer I brought in for repairs - even though it was clearly a Jessop product They also charged me an excessive fee for nothing. Overall avoid this company at all costs

I just got Platinum and its been the worst experience ever. I had to change my account number and identity twice and the first time it was incredibly difficult to get through to the customer service line. The second time I had to call into the office and talk to a representative only to be told that I had to change my phone too Thank you for your patience but unfortunately this is not an option. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of True IT. The software is awful and the customer service is not good. They are always busy doing something else with no ancillary benefits to the user. I had to call them several times and it was always so slow that I couldnt even understand theisnerry voice on the other end of the phone. trueit.com really doesnt offer anything thats worth usingThe company True IT offers terrible home technology that is never used or helpful for anyone even if they say it is. Company values its time and money so it can give people the best possible experience but you can tell it all to be real their software is slow their customer service isnt great and their prices are high for what they offer.
