I have never had such terrible customer service They said my order was wrong and that I needed to email them an image of the product for them to check. They then said they would not do anything about it because it was their policy not to honor returns. Ridiculous

I have had two different experiences with this company. The first was when I needed to change a number in my account and the support was very understanding. They did not require me to ask them and they were very quick to provide their help. However the second time was much more serious. They changed the number of services available on company website and they did not seem like they were really sure about what they were doing. I had to keep gettingakespearean messages from them until they would finally change the number. I think that their goal might be to make money rather than help customers.
