is the worst companyI have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone told me that I needed to send her a picture of my drivers license so she could check to see if I was who I said I was. After sending her all of my information she still couldnt find my drivers license and told me to go ahead and call back in a few days because she would be able to help me. Then after talking to her for what seemed like forever she hung up on me. This is not a good experience at all - definitely do not use this company

I just got a new security guard system from TrustedKnight.com and I have to say its not worth the money. The guard is very slow and doesnt do anything to improve security. In fact it made my home more risky because the thief could have easily gotten in if the guard wasnt so slow.

I dont think Ive ever had a security issue with this company. Every time Ive contacted them they have been very responsive and helpful. However the most recent time I contacted them they said my password had expired and that it would take at least 3-4 weeks to get a new one. Despite their assurances to the contrary it has now been over 2 months and no response from them What kind of business is this
