Just received this companys service and it is terrible They claim to have the ability to Authenticate inbound callers instantly but they dont. In fact it takes quite some time for them to actually identify who the caller is and get a response back. Additionally their customer service is very unhelpful and frustrating.

1. Do not use this company They will not help you Authenticate Inbound Callers Instantly Neustar. I had a call from them and they said it was my fault that I could not authenticate the caller because I did not set up their phone number myself. It turned out that the person on the other end of the line was already authenticated so there is no point in trying toAuthenticate them with this company

I am not sure what trustid.com is in the business of but this company is terrible. They have an instant call security feature that they use to create a rule that every time someone asks about calling you but its just a way for them to make sure that people are not actually calling them around the world. Then they have a policy of not letting customers sendgrams or sending any referrals to their company. Overall this company is terrible and I would avoid it if I were you.

I started using TrustID for Inbound Call Protection in an effort to protect my business from potential hacking and fraud. I have had no issues and the service is very reliable. However I have never seen or heard of trustid.com or Neustar before - thus my belief that it is a scam. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was so excited to use Company Trustid.com because I always feel like my phone is beingfaithfully protected. However I have had too much good experience with this company to need a bad word said about them. First of all Company Trustid.com is immediately calling callers trustid instead of name and number. Then they offer no protection for the phone They put the callers identity out there so you cant tell who it is from And then they are not allowing you to try and protect your phone like they otherwise would do This isnt review writing - its trying to help people get their lives back on track. Definitely try another company if you want to get some security for your investment. Trustid is a terrible company that does nothing but call users by name and offer no protection for the phone.
