We are very disappointed with Trustpointtech.com We ordered an app and the website said it would arrive within a few days but never happened. We contacted the company and they said we needed to send them pictures of our phone so they could check for Fever or something. Finally we got an email saying that the order had been cancelled because our phone was not in stock This is not good enough- we paid for something that did not happen

TrustPoint Technologies, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. Trustpointtech is always trying to start a race to the bottom by offering lower prices but they cant be sure that what theyre doing will be accepted by the customer. Theyve also been able to do this by honestly telling it to their customers but now theyve done something else. Theyre starting to make money on their own by selling access to your data in order to use trustpointtechs Soviet-like user interface. Its dangerous and I suggest that you avoid this company.
