They are just like other companies in the business making quick easy to use software that makes you do whatever they tell you in order to get your guest feedback and reputation. This is the type of company who would rather give you a one-time opportunity to improve your life by following their advice than provide an excellent service. Do not go there if you want good customer service and something more than just getting guests opinions.

I just left BusinessWorld and TrustYou both were completely unprofessional Ive worked with BusinessWorld before and they are an amazing company that makes it easy for people to leave their projects Aries led timesheets and negative reviews in the past so Im not sure what youre trying to achieve here. Your company is simply providing a service that helps people to leave good guest feedbacks and relations between businesses and individuals. Its a great idea but there are too many problems with it.The interface is terrible - very slow - and support is poor. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone. trustyou.com is a fantastic company that makes it easy for people to leave good guest feedbacks and relations between businesses and individuals.
