It now has been over a month and still no response from the company. They are clearly not interested in serving their customers but rather running their business like a scammers dream come true. .com is a complete jokeI was extremely dissapointed with the services provided by TruTechnology.com. The first time I contacted them they were incredibly rude and told me that they only provide IT services to businesses in Jacksonville FL. They then told me that their prices were too high for what I needed and that I would have to find someone else to service my computer. I ended up finding another company who did a much better job and for a much lower price than Trutech.com. Avoid this company at all costs

is a complete scamI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a complete scam. I called them and they told me that they could help with my business IT needs and then when I asked how much it would cost they said it would be free. Then when I got there the first thing that I noticed was that the office was completely unprofessional. The employees were all very rude and didnt seem to care about their job. There was also an air of something fishy about the whole situation. Overall I wouldnt use this company again and if you do be sure to tell everyone you know about them.

Solutions I have used Tru Technology Solutions for work opportunity solutions custom IT applications and now personal computer services. IJstofel has caused my computer to fail even after attempting to fix it more than once. I had tried to use the customer service line but they are always busy and never have any response time on the phone.abbitI have been using trutech.com for many years now and have never had a problem with it. They are always here to help when you have a question or problem. They also provide their own software so you can be confident that you are getting what you expect. They would do something like this well but its too risky so they just leave it up to the client to decide what is realtime chat and notless there is no response time so your communication cannot easily beCompany Trutech.com is nothing but a bad idea at all.
