"This Company Is A Scam. The Minute I Called Them"

This company is a scam. The minute I called them they said they would have my problem solved in no time and it was going to cost me nothing. However the minute I got there the tech said he couldnt do anything because there was a software update that needed to be installed first. He told me that I would need to come back in two hours and then he would be able to help me out. In reality it took him an hour and a half to figure out how to fix my issue and charge me for it. In addition their service is minimal at best- they only offer immediate support with minimal resources. Overall this company is a waste of your time and money.
