I used this company to do a upgrade training for my Oracle EBS software. I was very disappointed with the service and quality of the materials they provided. The materials were not up to par with what you would find on the Oracle website or at other reputable sources. They also did not seem to have much knowledge about the software they were providing me with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The training is extremely poor and the consultant who I worked with was terrible. He did not seem to understand what he was doing and ended up completely butchering my upgrade process.

I have used this company for years and have never had a problem. However I ordered their EBS R12.2 Upgrade Training and Consulting course today and it is terrible. The website is very slow the training is amateurish and the consultants are not very helpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such a bad experience with this company. I started using their site in 2006 and by 2008 I was completely lost. Downloading the software was an investment and it sure wasnt worth it. By 2010 I had stopped using the site and started using other sites. In 2012 trutek.com finally got to the bottom of everything and decided to stop sending me upgrades. Good thing I already had EBS R12.2 too

I refuse to write a bad user review in order to avoid beingding criticized in the future.This reviewer hasinily experienced problems with the training and consulting services offered by company trutek.com . The TrutekE Business Suite R12.2 Upgrade Training and Consulting did not go over well with herThe training was suppose to do right away after the upgrading but it only made me more angry because everything kept telling me that my account was too new and needed work. I have used this site before for nothing except for the training and now its gotten too much like other reviews have said as well. I dont know what they are doing wrong or what they are thick enough to not see how people are complaining even though they all seem to be pointing fingers without any
