Im not sure how I got this companys name but it doesnt seem to be doing anything good. They offer managed IT services which sounds great on paper but have never been able to deliver what they said they would. The biggest issue is that their support staff is always either unavailable or very unhelpful.

Make sure youre using a modern browser before you contact them.3 Theres no guarantee that their services will be correct as their team may be filled with incompetent IT professionals who wont know how to properly manage your IT infrastructure. dont bother trying to ask for help - the chances of getting any response are slim to none.

I cannot believe that this company is in the business of managed IT services. I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and have had absolutely terrible experience. The biggest issue is that they do not seem to understand what manages are or how to actually provide service. They always seem to try to charge more than necessary for what they offer and their customer service is often nonexistent. I would not recommend this company at all.

I tried trying TUC Technologies for the first time and it was a bad experience. They are known for their customer service not their technology. I had to call them and ask them to help me with a problem with my computer. But all they did was talk on the phone. Not good quality of service at all.

I tried using TUC Technologies for my businesss technology solutions for about 4 years and was very happy with the services I received. However I have been using them now for about 2 months and they are definitely in a differentera. The service isacists not work well on my laptop and the customer service is terrible. I have sent at least SIXmails per week to their customer service and they have not responded at all. Save your money and dont even go there.
