This company is a complete mess. The first time I interacted with them they were very unprofessional and refused to help me with a problem that I was having with my computer. I called them back the next day and they were even more unprofessional and refused to help me anymore. They are now new era technology which is an exact opposite of what they used to be. They are definitely not worth your time or money.
