I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy my experience. The phone would go out and they were always readiness to help me with anything needed because they had no issue with me being able to do what I want. But then again I never really had much choice in the matter. Now there are times when I dont feel like using their app at all or where its difficult to access information about myself due to how well-protected it is. In short I have given up on the company completely and will not be returning anyone elses calls or emails now that were on our own.
