SupportIve had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the support staff is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. They clearly dont understand how to properly provide IT support services and its been quite a challenge trying to get anything done. Second of all their prices are ridiculously high compared to other companies Ive worked with in the past. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. If youre looking for an incredibly defective product that wont work at all then this company is definitely for you - but if youre looking for someone who will try their best to help you out and be polite throughout your entire experience theyre not the right choice.

Support I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had negative experiences with them in the past and I do not feel like they are worth my time or money. They are only interested in making money from you and will not help you out if you have a problem.

Support I would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT support service was terrible and the customer service was even worse. I contacted the company multiple times and each time they said they were sorry but could not help me because my computer wasirus infected. They also told me that I needed to purchase a virus scanning software which I did not want to do because I already have one of those programs and it is working fine.

Support I did not have the best experience with TSI Support. I was offered a service that was never going to be effective and then my support ticket went unanswered for months. Finally after spending hours on the phone and emailing back and forth with customer service I got a response that said because my issue wasnt resolved within 14 days I would need to contact my insurance company. Needless to say this purchase did not go well.

Support I would not recommend this company to anyone. The support was terrible and very unprofessional. I had to ask for multiple times what the problem was and they never could answer my questions. They also said that I needed a new computer which I did not however their customer service couldnt find that computer so they offered me a free one instead. Overall this company is just terrible and do not recommend it to anyone.

Support35Company provides good support but some issues with performance. 1-year warranty on parts they provide. However when I received the product it did not meet my expectations at all. The performance was terrible and created many problems that didnt need to happen in the first place. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The support is always slow and wrong person who helps me is always always always person who says I dont know how to help and ends up not being able to. NEVER ARE THEY EVER GOOD AT THEIR job.
