I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had bad experiences with most of the companies I have dealt with in the IT field but Tspec.net is by far the worst. The employees are unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. They keep telling me that my service is too expensive and that they will only do things if I pay for them first. Do not bother using this company unless you want to be humiliated and embarrassed by your experience

I have used this company for IT support and have had extremely negative experiences. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and condescending. They do not deal with customers fairly or take pride in their work. In the second instance my computer stopped working and I had to go through the hassle of getting it fixed by a different company before finally reaching out to Tspec because my original tech support number was disconnected. After going through that fiasco I realized how bad their customer service is - dont even bother using this company if you cant handle basic issues like fixing a broken computer.

They are an excellent organization in terms of customer service and their expert IT experts are there to help each and every one of our customers. However I have never had the opportunity to do any work as a result of their assistance and I can assure you that your experience will be worse than not at all.
