I used this company to do a project that was supposed to be done in two days. I got an email the day before the deadline and told me it would take longer because of some unforeseen issues. The final product was more than double what I originally agreed to. They charged me for materials that I never received and then said they didnt have them Do not use this company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely slow in response and their customer service is terrible. I have had to email them multiple times for requests that were never answered and they always say they will get back to me soon. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I just got my first job at this company in 6 years. Its amazing how they have all me do things from start to finish and I really appreciate it. But the customer is always KEY. If youre not being helpful then youre not good enough. And Ive had took on this company for years now and they still dont seem to understand that.I finally got tired of their shoddy work and had a conversation with the president about it. He said that they would never use me again if I didnt improve upon their work processes but I did nothing because he never came through for me in the past.Id rather go back to our normal reporters and leave everything up to you who are amazing and make sure that we maintain our quality while were here.
