I have had two very bad experiences with this company. The first time I had a problem with my account and they did not get it resolved until after I had the baby. The second time was even worse. I got a call from their customer service asking for proof of purchase so that they could credit my account. They only wanted to know if I had really bought the product or if I was just using it for promotional purposes. I told them no I never bought the product and thank you for the call.This user has made significant mistakes while being a part of TTIVanguard.coms team which includes providing information on their site about how theyre terrible customer service is telling people that they got called by customer service because they bought the product and writing bad user reviews which can be found on various websites.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this site. The layout is terrible the content is unprofessional and to the point and most importantly - the articles are poorly written and information is not given in a clear and concise manner. I have never seen such poor quality from any other online resource I have looked into.The companys mission is to provide reliable news and information about tennis tournaments around the world. However they make themselves look like a top-notch website by providing high-quality content as well as being easy to navigate. However I believe that their quality issues will be more common for others who use their site instead of me.
