I was extremely unhappy with my experience with company tx-inc.com. I was a customer for over two years and never received the service I needed or expected. My account was cancelled after just one year and now Im having to go through all of this trouble to get my money back I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the company tx-inc.com. I signed up for a Unified Communications UCaaS managed service plan and after about a month of using it my account was cancelled. Im not sure why this happened but it didnt seem like the company was doing anything to make things right. The service is really terrible and I dont think Ill ever use them again.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I called to set up a meeting to discuss my needs for UCaaS and the person who answered the phone said they didnt know what Unified Communications was. After explaining that I need it for my business they told me they couldnt help me because their service doesnt support UCaaS. Horrible customer service

I have had two very negative experiences with company Ttx-Inc. In the beginning they were both different types ofous. The first time I had issues with my account being change by them without proper cause and finally when I received my email about my account being changed they said We are sorry your account has been cancelled. They called me a fraud and illegal which is exactly what I am. The second experience was with a different provider. This provider also had problems from the start. However after I sent them an email about my account being cancelled and about their previous reports of fraud SCA and illegal activity they then got back to me and said that they would like us to try a different provider for our Omaha location Then after sending out an email asking them to happen this suddenly we have not heard from them at allI would not recommend company Ttx-Inc.

I just got a letter from TTx Ohio in Cleveland Akron and Toledo telling me that I need to change my account number. Its been too long since Ive been able to access my UCAAaS and Services. Im not sure what the problem is but Im going to try to get back on board with UCaaS as the only one who really matters.
