I have had negative experiences with TXSG.com in the past. The first time was when I hired them to help me with my IT needs and they were terrible. They didnt even understand what I wanted done and their quote was way too high for what I needed. Then a few weeks ago they came out to do some work on my computer and it turned out that the hard drive they used wasnt actually working at all. So instead of getting a new one or doing anything about it TXSG just left the old one there as is. Needless to say that experience wasnt any better than the other two times Ive had with them.
