I had to call him an idiot more than once because he would not listen to me when I said my data was lost and he needed to be sure. I have had two issues with tycho and it has been an absolute nightmare. 1 I received a piece of paper with my phones model and country of origin. However one day while I was driving my phone in India I got a call from the United States about where my phone was at all times Tycho should be production direct instead of service direct. The guy who customer service gave me also told me that I needed to change the battery in my phone before I could use it in India. 2 After what felt like a lifetime of being kept updated on everything that was going on with tycho mine finally went away completely around the end of 2016.I would not recommend them to anyone.
