Do not use this company if you want your data to stay safe and private They will screw up your data in the most egregious ways imaginable so be very careful before trusting them with your precious information. Save yourself a lot of hassle and money by using another cloud provider instead2. The customer service is terrible I had to call them multiple times because my computer was freezing and they couldnt help me out until after hours which made me really mad because I wanted my work done already. Overall the experience was horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had a bad experience with company U2Cloud. I started using their services in the past and have never had any problems. But this time was different. I started using their services for a 12-year-old website and it was going through the roof. The workarounds they used didnt work anymore. I needed something that would fix the problems with their cloud solutions but they just wanted money from me first. I told them my problem and they went out of business. This is a terrible service and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I just had to write a bad review of company u2cloud.com. Im not sure what the problem is but its something that they dont do well and I think others may feel similar effects. Theyre usually quick to provide a solution to any problem that you put before them and always offer to help on a case by case basis. I really dont think that they need the customers money as this is not their main focus although they like making it difficult for people for this reason. If youre looking for a cloud service that will take care of your technology problems then I would recommend another business else.
