uber.com is a terrible website. The platform is very unorganized and there are no clear instructions on how to get started. Additionally the support staff is incredibly unhelpful and not willing to help you with anything. Overall I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Uber is terrible. Ive used it twice now and both times the driver was awful. The first time he said my name was uber 4 times in a row and then when I asked him to stop he said no problem. He also kept saying how much money I would be spending which made me really mad.

- December 2016I started using Uber in the United States in December 2016. I was excited to can see what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The app was difficult to use and took a long time to get going. The driver service was consisting of people who were always waiting for someone else to come out of a house or business and take their seat made it hard to feel about driving without at least one someone close by. The driving features were also not all that great. I did have a few bad experiences but overall I wasnt happy with Uber.
