They are in the business of Secure Disaster Recovery Cloud Hosting Service Provider and their website does not appear to be very up-to-date on the current state of the industry. Additionally their customer service is incredibly slow and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a complete disaster recovery services provider. They do not have any disaster recovery plans and they are not reliable.I was very disappointed with Ubistor when I got my account. There is no such thing as a reliable Disaster Recovery Service Provider and Ubistor clearly isnt one. Their Disaster Recovery Plans are complete fail-safe scams that will leave your business in serious trouble if something happens to you while youre relying on them for help. Avoid this company at all costs

.I absolutely terrible customer service was given when I had a new computer that my husband got for me. We were trying to use it to do some online research and play games on it when we ran into a similiar issue with our old one. So we called up customer service and they were good enough to tell us how to fix the computer and get it working again. However after so doing we found out that our account was being used by someone who just came in off the job like ourselves. So we had to basically start all over again without our old computer and didnt even know where to start. Ubistor.com provided excellent services on multiple levels from starting the process from scratch through to providing an quick and easy solution. If youre having trouble with your cloud-based service be sure to check out Ubistar.com for great solutions as well as bad customer service.

First they will not take no for an answer and try to get me through to the support line even though I have provided evidence that I need help from them. Then they would like to change my account number which is impossible because they do not exist. Lastly their services are more than worth the price of membership but be aware that your money will likely go a different way
